Welcome to Current Phase, a family-run business founded in 2014 by Hugo Gantley and Demi Williams-Smith. Recognising the shortcomings in the electrical industry, they set out to create a company that prioritises quality and integrity over cutting corners. Demi looks after the business side of the company while Hugo focuses on installation and design work. Together, they have dedicated themselves to nurturing young talent, giving opportunities for individuals to grow and develop in a supportive and dynamic environment.
